The importance of having an effective training process in higher education institutions (HEIs) can vary depending on the need. However, a consistent process is needed to ensure that productivity of departments are able to function at the highest of capacity. This research project was conducted to focus the effects of having experienced an adequate training for the software systems used in higher education.
